I was watching a vid on youtube of the original Battletoads arcade game, and for some reason or another got the urge to draw my own revamp of these characters.
I think it'd be cool to see these guys get a new video game. I could see it (In gameplay, not setting.) being kind of like a multiplayer version of a game like God of War. It would have that crazy cartoon style that the games had, (Doing a powerful uppercut makes the characters fist grow to 5 times it's normal size.) only with the darker style that the original arcade game had, along with a rocken metal soundtrack. I think that'd be cool anyway. I may do up some of the baddies from the game in the future. Drawn and colored in Photoshop with a digital tablet. |
